Blues night

As you may know, my husband is a musician. He is a pretty darn good one (if I do say so), and lately he has had many opportunities to perform. Since I am his wife, I get to go and just enjoy the show. Except also my job is usually to take pictures and video for him so he can start building his online musicianship profiles and such, but...mostly I just enjoy the show, and eat snacks. It's a good life. 

Last month and this month we headed to Spanish Fork for Blues Night at a little venue right across from the fire station. They host weekly jam sessions of various musical genres, but we only go to Blues Night because apparently you don't need to know anything genre-specific in order to just get up and play? You will need to ask Joseph for the specs on that comment because I know some music stuff but that does not mean I would ever just get up and play along. But he does! And he's a hit. 

Anyway, Blues Night was last night, so we dressed up real warm (side note: they don't heat the building...NO CLUE WHY) and stayed out real late, jamming. Some guy from the newspaper was taking pictures and interviewed my husband! So that was exciting. Since the bands on stage depend entirely on whoever signs up to go play, it's a different group every time. I thought last night's band was better than last month's band, so I took a couple videos. However, I am scared of uploading them so you might not get to see them. If Joseph puts them on YouTube, then I will upload them. In the meantime, I can show you pictures!
